Michael R. Fishbein was a Senior State Tax Editor with CCH Incorporated, a leading publisher of topical law reports. He later joined Panel Publishers, Inc., where (among other things) he developed and edited The Journal of State Taxation and The Multistate Tax Almanac. Mr. Fishbein is the founder of Corporate Tax Publishers, Inc. He serves as Editor of Multistate Tax Analyst and Sales & Use Tax Review and is a Contributing Editor to Inside New York Taxes.

Neil S. Rubin, Electronic Product and Database Designer - Background includes 23 years in tax publishing with a major publisher of topical law reports. He designed and managed a one million row relational database warehousing the tax consequences to shareholders of mergers, acquisitions, dividends and distributions. Mr. Rubin served as Senior Editor on the tax product derived from the data warehouse. His recent employment history includes service as a Data Integration Specialist for a data warehousing firm which managed the sales databases for the pharmaceutical industry.
